Telecom Compliance
VodaServe Connect operates as an authorized retail partner of ViTel Wireless, a licensed carrier registered with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). All SIM and eSIM activations are conducted in strict accordance with NCC directives, including compliance with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) NIN-linking mandate.
- All SIM activations require a valid NIN (National Identification Number) as directed by the NCC.
- SIM registration is conducted with NIMC-verified identity documents only.
- eSIM provisioning follows the same identity verification requirements as physical SIM cards.
- Our carrier partner (ViTel Wireless) maintains NCC licensing in good standing.

Data Protection (NDPR)
VodaServe Connect processes personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) issued by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). All personal data collected at the point of SIM or eSIM registration is handled with appropriate safeguards.
- Data is collected only for lawful, specified purposes disclosed at the point of collection.
- Customer data is stored securely and not retained longer than necessary.
- Data is shared with ViTel Wireless for service provisioning and with regulators only when legally required.
- Customers have rights to access, correction, and deletion of their personal data.

KYC Requirements
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all SIM and eSIM activations under Nigerian telecommunications law. VodaServe Connect will not activate any SIM card or eSIM without successful identity verification.

Business Compliance
VodaServe Connect offers business solutions including connectivity, device provisioning, and workforce visibility tools. All business services are deployed transparently and in compliance with applicable Nigerian law.
- Workforce visibility and fleet connectivity solutions must be deployed with the knowledge and consent of the employees or operators involved.
- Business customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of VodaServe's B2B services complies with Nigerian labor and data protection law.
- VodaServe Connect reserves the right to suspend business accounts found to be using services in violation of law or ethical standards.
