By accessing or using the VodaServe Connect website, purchasing any of our products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the VodaServe Connect website and services. VodaServe Connect reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

VodaServe Connect provides the following products and services as an authorized retail partner of ViTel Wireless:
SIM and eSIM Activation
Physical SIM cards and digital eSIM provisioning with full KYC and NIN-linking compliance.
Airtime Recharge
Top-up and data bundle purchases for ViTel Wireless subscribers.
Device Sales
Smartphones, accessories, and compatible devices sold directly to consumers.
Business Solutions
Enterprise connectivity, fleet management, and workforce visibility solutions.
Service Center
Device support, SIM swap, account management, and technical assistance.
Partner Program
Authorized reseller and referral partnerships for individuals and businesses.

Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of VodaServe Connect, you agree to the following responsibilities when using our services:
- 1 Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration, SIM activation, and any transaction. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may be a criminal offence under Nigerian law.
- 2 Lawful Use: You agree to use VodaServe's products and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to engage in fraud, harassment, spamming, hacking, or any activity that violates Nigerian law or infringes on the rights of others.
- 3 KYC Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with identity verification requirements, including providing a valid NIN and acceptable government-issued photo ID for SIM and eSIM activation.
- 4 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Product Availability & Pricing
VodaServe Connect strives to maintain accurate product listings and pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
- All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock levels and carrier provisioning capacity.
- Promotional offers and bundle pricing are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors have occurred.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VodaServe Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruptions — arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services.
- Errors, interruptions, delays, or network failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account or data due to your failure to maintain account security.
- Actions or omissions of our carrier partner (ViTel Wireless) that are outside our direct control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of VodaServe Connect's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
